I have tried much software to recover deleted files from my Samsung Galaxy phone, but I failed. Gradually I found that there are differenences between the internal storage and the external storage in Andriod phone. That is, the internal memory does not mount as a drive while the external memory does. However, common Android recovery tools can only restore things from mounted memory location like SD cards. Step 4. Allow Superuser Request and Begin Scanning
In order to operate on a rooted android phone, Android Data Recovery should be granted with authority. Click "Allow" when requesting authority and then press "Start" to begin scanning.
Step 5. Preview and Recover Lost Data from Internal Memory
The software will list the scanning results when the scanning finished. The results are listed in categories: "Messages", "Contacts", "Videos" and so on. It is convenient for you to preview the data in detail and then to find out the needed data. Click "Recover" to restore your lost data on internal memory.
