How to Fix Apple Music not Working on iOS Devices

I can't download any songs from my music library. When using cellular data, my Apple Music says "we've run into a problem". It's strange, it worked in wifi before. After resetting the iPhone, Apple Music doesn't work anymore. Has anyone encountered such a problem? I didn't find a useful answer in the Apple forum. Is there any way to fix it?
