iCloud empowers users to backup and restore contents on iPhone for refraining some important loss, and also make it possible for users to share some interesting files with their friends. Step 1: Enter Restore from Backup Mode
Firstly, Install and launch Phone Transfer on your PC. Then plug your iPhone as destination device. Click the green area "Restore from Backups". After it, click the iCloud icon.
Note: If you are at the lower-right, you can choose whether to clear data before copy.
Step 2: Sign in iCloud and Download
Once the following interface comes up, log in iCloud with your Apple ID and password. Then the program will load your iCloud files automatically.
After logging in, you can now view all of your iCloud backups just as shown in the following picture. Choose the photos you want and then click "Download".
Step 3: Copy and Transfer iCloud Photos
As you can see, all the contents will be listed in the middle column after downloading your backup. Now click "Photos" then "Start Copy", your images will be transferred to your iPhone. During this process, please remember not to disconnect your iPhone. And when it's completed, tap on "OK".
