Many people have downloaded RecoveryTool software to solve their problem. However, many people just download it without knowing how to use these functions. Therefore, we are going to show you how to use it in a simple and easy way.
Step 1. Launch the software and choose "iOS System Recovery" feature. After then, use the USB cable to connect iDevice and computer.
Step 2. Click on "Start" to begin.
Step 3. If your iOS device is not in a normal situation, follow the detailed guide on the interface to boot your iOS device in DFU mode.
Step 4. Select the correct information and download the firmware that the program recommended.
Step 1. Launch the software on your computer and connect your iOS device to the computer.
Step 2. Click "Recover iOS Data" from the "Recover" function.
Step 3. Choose the "Recover from iOS Device" mode and then select the file types which you have lost. Then click "Start Scan".
Step 4. Preview all the found data and tick those items you need. Click "Recover to Computer" to save them to computer.
Step 1. Launch the software and click "Recover".
Step 2. Tap "Recover iOS Data" and switch to "Recover from iTunes Backup File".
Step 3. Select an iTunes backup file to scan.
Step 4. Preview and press "Recover to Computer" button.
Step 1. Run the software. Then tap the recovery mode "Recover iOS Data" from "Recover" tool".
Step 2. Select "Recover from iCloud Backup File" and sign in your iCloud.
Step 3. Once you're in. Download lost type of data in one of the backup files. Then click "Next".
Step 4. Preview and choose the data you need. Tap "Recover to Computer" or "Recover to your device" button to save them.
Step 1. Connect the two devices to the computer with the software. Choose "Switch" mode.
Step 2. Make sure the "Source" and "Destination" information of your two devices are correct.
Step 3. Tick the files you want to transfer in the middle box and click "Start Transfer".
Note: Since there is not noway to unlock iPhone/iPad without losing data so far, the measure we tell will also result in data loss. So you had better download your data from iCloud to computer first.
Step 1. Connect iPhone/iPad to Computer first
Download and launch the software first. Then connect your device to the computer. Choose "Unlock" on the interface and click "Start" to go on.
Step 2. Boot iPhone/iPad in DFU Mode
A device can be only unlocked in DFU mode. There will be detail guide on the screen telling how to boot your iPhone/iPad into DFU mode, just follow it.
Step 3. Download the Suitable Firmware
In the DFU mode, the program will recognize your device and then provide it with the suitable firmware. Just click to download it.
After the downloading, you can click "Unlock Now" to unlock your device easily.
A precondition to using the "Unlock (iOS)" Function we told above is that we must turn off the "Find My iPhone/iPad” on devce. Here are steps to do it.
Step 1. Turn off your iPhone/iPad.
Step 2. Visit icloud.com and log in your iCloud.
Step 3. Tap "Find My iPhone" icon. Find your iDevice from "All Devices", and then click the "X" icon next to it and remove your device from your iCloud account.
Step 1. Launch the program on your computer and then select “Erase” from all the features inside.
Step 2. Connect the device to the computer so that your device will be recognized. Click "Erase Full Data" and go on.
Step 3. Click the "Erase" button. So just check and then enter "delete" in the appearing box.
Step 4. Wait patiently and keep two devices connected until all the erasing is completed.
Step 1. Running the program on your computer and then select "Erase" from all the features inside.
Step 2. Connect the device to the computer. The software will recognize it. Then select "Erase Private Data" to go on.
Step 3. Tap "Start Scan" button. The program will start scanning all your private data. And then list all the files. For the files you want to erase, just tick them. And enter "delete" in the box and click "Erase now".
Step 4. Wait patiently and keep two devices connected until all the erase process completed.
Part 1: How to Transfer Files from Computer to iOS
Here we take transferring music as a example. If you want to transfer other data, the steps are similar.
Step 1. Launch the software and connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to PC. Then Click "Transfer". If you see a "Trust This Computer" alert on your iDevice, tap "Trust".
Step 2. Click "Music" tab on the top of the interface and then tick the music you want.
Step 3. Click "Add file" or "Add folder" below the "Home" button to transfer your data. You can select to add one music file or add all music files in a folder.
